Refund policy

If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must inform us of this within 14 days of receiving your order. Thereafter, you have 14 days in which to return the item to us. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.

European Union 3 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, any outbound shipping costs you may have paid are non-refundable, and you also bear the costs of securely shipping the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and must also be returned in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

1. Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is unable to be resold for reasons not due to our error.

2. Any item that is returned to us more than 30 days after you receive it.

How to Return a product for a refund (please follow the process below):

1. Follow the steps on your packing slip, confirming whether you require a refund or an exchange, and the reason why.

2. Send your parcel back to the address listed below.

3. Once the return is received at our warehouse we will inspect it. If the product is not in perfect condition, or is missing its original packaging, we will not be able to issue you with a full refund.

4. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a returns confirmation email from us. 

If the return passes our inspection, we will issue the refund to the account you made the payment through. Please allow up to 6 working days for this refund to reach your account.

If you have not heard from us within 15 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of sending your parcel, please contact us again and we will happily look into this for you.
